Notes in developing the new BEST wrapper

GW

Tried it in ~/new_best on pc3 - got

../best_v3.0/best -T 100 -S 5 -M 0.2 -i2s 3 -f q4 -t 1 -dna log.stf -e none -mos bestfile.dat bestfile.par bestfile_1.hkl bestfile_2.hkl
'nknown option: `-
Usage: csh [ -bcdefilmnqstvVxX ] [ argument ... ].

=> reported bug to Gleb...

Fixed - this was due to the carriage returns being from MSDOS (side effect of
attaching to email) now all seems to work e.g.

$besthome/best -a -C 1.00 -T 100 -S 5 -M 0.2 -i2s 3 -f q4 -t 1 -dna log.stf -e none -mos bestfile.dat bestfile.par bestfile_1.hkl bestfile_2.hkl > best-complete.log

Does what you would probably expect.

Works fairly quickly too...

Don't think I can do much with using this to tell me the best data to run
pointless on... :o(
