       ANA/AVE/ROD distributions: standard-1.1 and experimental-1.3

The ANA, AVE and ROD programs have been written by Elias Vlieg
(vlieg@sci.kun.nl). Olof Svensson (svensson@esrf.fr) and Rainer Wilcke
(wilcke@esrf.fr) have modified the code to be compiled with GNU gcc on Windows
9X/NT/2000/XP (using CYGWIN) and on UNIX (Linux, Solaris, MACOSX). Paul Howes
(paul.howes@leicester.ac.uk) and Chris Walker (c.j.walker@physics.org) have
written the PGPlot and menu modules.

The ANA, AVE and ROD programs in the standard distribution are based on the
latest version of Elias Vlieg (15/08/2003) with minor modifications.

The ANA, AVE and ROD programs in the experimental distribution are based on the
latest standard version and have been extended by Rainer Wilcke (ANA), Olof
Svensson (ROD), Odile Robach (robach@esrf.fr) (ROD) and Chris Walker (ROD).
These programs may contain new features that have not been fully tested.

Please acknowledge the authors in any publication that uses results produced by
this enhanced version of ANA, AVE and/or ROD, and reference the following paper
